WEBCAM PSYCHOTHERAPY & WEBCAM COUNSELING

In today's fast-paced world, webcam will become a more common way of meeting together. Technology now allows for confidential psychotherapy via two-way video conferencing. Sessions are scheduled and conducted in the same manner you would expect from traditional person-to-person psychotherapy.

If you're not utilizing two-way video conferencing currently, to make this work you will need:
• a web camera
• microphone and speakers, or headset
• a fast internet connection: DSL, cable or higher.
• a processor speed of greater than about 800MHz, either PC or Mac

We utilize Skype as our webcam connection. It's free to download and easy to use.
