Some people prefer the more traditional experience of talking person-to-person in a therapist's office. Others may find the phone more convenient and prefer the comfort of talking to a therapist from their home or office. Whatever your preference, the words that are spoken are the key ingredients that make for your progress.

Phone sessions are conducted as regular therapy sessions and scheduled at regular appointment times.
