Counseling via email (the written word) provides an avenue to explore therapy in a way that hasn't been available prior to computer access. Our work by email is designed to provide limited but useful communications regarding questions or problems that you would like addressed. It is not designed to replace therapy in real time.

To use EMAIL for counseling, you may purchase a one-page email exchange (one page of approximately 500 words) of material from you and a written response from us addressing your concerns. We normally reply to emails within 2 business days.
